All registrations are first come first served. The registration process is not a guaranteed spot in class until we’ve received payment and you have received an email confirmation.
Tuition & Payment Policy
Tuition is paid monthly and is due the 1st day of each month. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX and checks payable to World of Enrichment.
If you decline enrollment in WOE’s autopay program, your payment needs to be received by the 1st of each month. Please note that payment needs to be received
even if there is no class on that day or if WOE is closed for business. If your payment is not received on your due date, there will be an automatic $35 late fee added to your account and your child will not be able to attend class until payment is received. If checks are returned, there will be a $35 fee and your child will not be able to attend class until payment and other charges are received.
After coming to the first class, if your child does not want to continue or for any reason is not ready for the class, we’ll gladly refund your deposit or place it toward
a future session. Each student is continuously enrolled in class and will incur monthly tuition charges until you notify World of Enrichment by written request either by postal mail or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are very flexible. If for any reason you need to withdraw throughout the year, you can notify the enrollment office in writing to discontinue the
upcoming payments. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR MISSED CLASSES prior to written notification. Any remaining balance from that point will be
refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Curriculum and annual supplies fees are non-refundable.
Make-up Classes may be rescheduled throughout the session. Please note that make-ups are based on current class availability only. Staff must be notified of your child’s absence before your child’s scheduled class time.
New Student Orientation
We encourage parents to join children for an open house tour to beco me familiar and comfortable with the classroom and staff before the children’s first day of
class. Parents and care-givers are invited to participate in classes only in extreme cases of separation anxiety.
